Penrose Weaving and Table
The weaving in this table follows the Penrose pattern. There are threads
running in five directions, all correctly weaving up and down as they cross
one another. Each intersection corresponds to a fat or thin rhombus in the
Penrose tiling.
The table is made of cherry wood. The base is a solution to the problem of
cross-bracing five legs!
